◆ My working hour is Monday to Saturday (12.00~23.00, GMT+7) and will take a break every Sunday and Indonesian holidays.
◆ Work is done in order; first come, first served. For time efficiency, I will be doing 2 orders at a time.
◆ I may decline an inquiry if it is beyond my capability and may not explain why.
◆ As the artist, I may use the commission result as samples and my portfolio unless the client/commissioner has paid for disclosure.
◆ I'm always open to chat via social media but I might reply late, please be patient. I will definitely reply as soon as possible.Deadlines:
◆ I can work on a deadline but I still need at least 3 days of working time, if you need a certain artwork to be done at certain date, please tell me.
◆ If you do not put a deadline, I will not prioritize your request and you will have to wait for your turn.
Revisions:
◆ I accept major revision during sketch and color rough step such as but not limited to:

Afterwards only up to 3 minor revisions are accepted. More than that will require an extra fee.Payments:
◆ Payment must be fulfilled (100% paid) in order to accept the finished result.

◆ I will begin to work on your inquiry as soon as possible, once the sketch is confirmed, please complete the payment. I will pause working on your order until payment has been confirmed.

Form filled → I sketch the idea → Revisions → Full payment (I will halt the drawing process until payment is confirmed) → Lineart & base color confirmation → Color revision → Finishing → Done.File Deliverability:
This is my default size for each service. Do tell me if you require other specific size:
◆ Chibi : 2000 x 2000 px, 350dpi (might be wider if there are >2 characters)
◆ Half-body : 2894 x 4093 px, 350dpiI usually send the result using Google drive, do tell me if you prefer other method.
